Diggin' the diet, man! You could also throw in some avocado if you need to get the cals up. I've found healthy fats are the best way to increase calorie count. Looks good so far, though!

Day 1 Weight was 181.8-182lbs almost up 1 pound from yesterday!
LEGS: Squats, 135x12, 185x12, 225x10, 275x5, 315x5, 365x5, 405x3
Leg ext: 2 sets 80lb x 15reps, 90x12, 110x12, 130x10
Leg curl: 100x12, 110x12, 120x10, 130x10
Stiff legged Dead Lifts: 4 sets of 110lbsx 10reps
Walking lunges: 135lbs x 8 steps each leg for 4 sets
Today's leg workout was good, considering it was my 2nd leg workout coming back from lay off. Felt strong not sure if due to SDMZ 2.0. I was glad I was able to hit 405 for a set of 3 (ass to the floor) on my last set of squat. I honestly thought I was alot weaker since this is the first time squatting in like 7-8 weeks. Can't wait till SDMZ kicks in full effect!!! Im taking 1 cap 10-15mins before meal 1 and again 2nd dose 10-15mins before preworkout meal.
Cardio: forgot to put this part in. I will be doing 20mins LISS cardio on treadmill post workout 3 times a week for cardio vascular health. But if im not see the scale move up, ill eliminate it since im not to worried about doing cardio since im bulking, and bulking on a clean diet. No cardio was done today, since I hate doing cardio on leg day.

SDMZ is the jam. I threw it into my last regime, saw great results and didst feel lethargic in previous PH use. Your going to love it man and wish you pass every goal you made!

Yea i know what you mean about that lethargic feeling. I noticed it once when I ran Mdrol while back. Didnt notice it on the SDMZ. Will keep posted on feelings as well.
Yea im very sure especially since muscle memory. The heaviest ive been was 216. This morning I was 184 already!

Okay brothers update. Had to include a 6th meal which consisted of 6oz chicken breast and 1 tablespoon macadamium nut oil. After meal 5 last night about 2 hours after I was starving like i havent eaten in hours. Maybe it was due to training a large mucle group. But now I am going to keep it at 6 meals since metabolism seems to be firing up.
