Day 2: Weight 184lbs (going up)
Back:
Deads: 135lbs x10, 185x10, 225x10, 275x10, 315x5, 365x5, 405x5, 455x1, 475x1, 500x1 Fuck yea!!!
Wide lat pull downs: 130x10, 140x10, 150x8
DB Rows: 4 sets 90lbs x 12 each side
Seated rows: 4 sets 140lbs x 10reps
DB Pullovers on Decline bench (laying on bench): 4 sets 80lb DB's x 10reps
20mins Liss cardio on treadmill post workout.
Happy with the weight I pulled on deads! I honestly did NOT think I could pull 5 plates for a single. Especially at 184lbs. Maybe the break did me good?? Veins were flaring out and muscle swelled up good with blood and hardness! No bad feelings like lethargic. Only thing I can say is hunger all day. Maybe need to add some extra calories. Your body is talking to you......eat more.....3 lbs in 2 days...thats impressive....nice lifts also...seems to be that when methylsten is run in general guys get big but they get.hungery also....so you gotta eat to maximize the results...its no time for any lean tyoe of diet...eating clean is fine...but eat!!

Day 3: Weight 187.2lbs!
Its a day off from gym today. Im doing a 2 on 1 off training split. Feeling solid when waking up and also VERY HUNGRY! From now on im carrying a big bag of trail mix with me so if im in between meals and im getting hungry ill just snack on that to carry me over to the next meal. Still no negative sides to report. Very happy about the scale moving up im guessing I should hit 200lbs easy and very soon most definitely before this run is over.

Day 4: Weight 188lbs
CHEST: BB Bench 135x12, 185x12, 225x10,225x10, 275x5, 275x5
Incline cable flys: 2 sets 110x12, 2 sets 130x8
Decline DB Bench: 80x12, 90x10, 100x8, 110x6
Hammer Strength Incline Press, 2 sets 110x12, 2 sets 130x10
Weighted Dips with 45lb plate, 4 setsx12
Feeling the hardness today. Up 1 pound after day off. Pump is incredible!!! Still no negative sides to report. Hungry all day, so I just make sure to eat if I have to wait to long between meals. Was going to jump up to 315 on bench but didnt wanna go to over board, definitely will hit that next chest session. Guessing should be in the 190's by the end of this week.
