Effects on blood glucose from Glucosamine supplementation

I have read in various places that glucosamine supplementation can increase blood glucose levels. I just happen to stumble upon this study while doing some research for a college course and found it interesting. If anyone is interested here is a link. Without a subscription to the journal I couldnt read the full study but this sums it up.

Yes but I was posting because I have read here and on other sites that it does have effects on blood sugar so this clears that up. I just found it interesting thats all.

Oh... gotcha. People hear that glucose part and immediately assume its going to have the same C6H12O6 structure without realizing its a COMPLETELY different molecule.
