just stick to the game plan PJ, have a good set of eyes on you and let them tell you what to drink eat take... dont get into your own head again!!! this has to be the toughest part of doing your own prep (seeing your self how you really are) you always think ur off or soft, flat or watery.. get that trust worthy set of eyes to be your voice of reason.
