Ok here it is folks...the only drug I ever ran that increased the size of my little lady was test. That bitch got HUGE. She was such a slut too, always wanting to be naked, always wanting to be stroked, always wanting to rub up against something. When she anticipated getting fondled she grew hard and erect and was extremely sensitive to the touch after she came.
I was not kidding about the lace panties, they rubbed her raw!
On a more serious note, Test alone was not enough to "increase" my sex drive, it only increased "sensitivity". I tried a certain combo once that was literally out of control, I mean what it did to my sex drive was scary. Straight test never did that to me.
I was a little scared about the swelling down there. Little lady was jacked and looking like road kill...not sexy. I am happy to inform everyone that excessive swelling is indeed reversible. It will never shrink back to the size of a pea, but it certainly is not any larger than that right now. Cute rose bud replaces road kill. lol

There is absolutely no evidence in medical literature that testosterone will increase a woman's sex drive.
There have been numerous double blind clinical trials as well.
I was doing a little bit of research as many men think that giving their partners steroids will sort out libido issues.
I do wonder when women take anabolics how much of the increased sex drive is due to the placebo effect, they think their sex drive will increase so it does.
This is the other issue with female sexuality; until around 1970s, it was thought that female libido and sexual response was either non-existant or like men's, just diminished.
This isn't the case, and one interesting thing that was discovered around this time is that what most people consider to be the clitoris is really only the tip of the iceberg, literally, with regard to female erectile tissue.
We have close to the same amount as men, it is just internal.
I found this quite shocking considering how many cadaveric dissections have been performed over the centuries.
I guess it is that old adage, if you are not looking for it, or have a preconceived notion, you are just not going to find it, bias scanning in psychology terms.

When we talk about "sex drive" its definitely different than the way men think of it. But I wonder if the increase in sensitivity approximates the way guys experience "sex drive" because it is much more of a physical thing than the mental / emotional thing that usually drives women.

A man's sex drive is not purely physical. It's not like, "hey! I've got a boner. I need to find a woman!" The sex drive for men starts as a mental/emotional exercise and translates into a sensation in the groin area in general. It then becomes an impulse to "hunt and seek" out satisfaction.
The clitoris is multiple times more sensative than the head of a man's penis, both having the glans, or the nerve that causes orgasm. A man's penis rubs up against his underware, pants, etc without sensativity issues. I can imagine how irritating it would be to have an enlarged, exposed clitoris rubbing against a rough surface like lace panties.
The erectile tissue of the female anatomy, as Tatyana points out, only begins at the clitoris, and actually splits into two branches, semi-circumventing the vagina....sort of like the head of a pair of pliers. This is why orgasm with something IN the vagina is usually more intense than orgasm by clitoral stimulation alone.
Question: does an erect, enlarged clit feel stiff and erect to the woman, like an erection does for a man. As a point of reference, a man's erection is felt all the way to the anus, because the structure of the penis goes past the scrotum to just ahead of the anus. Can a woman feel her erection into the vagina?

lol I cannot either...although the last time someone was down there...wow. I was quite speechless...not as his skills...but at how filled with blood it was...crazy swelling was going on...imagine how upsetting it was when he quit 1/2way into it...FML.
But honestly, other than it scaring off a guy...I don't see any cons. I'm quite a fan...if it so chooses to grow slightly larger...this girl won't complain Mine is mainly a result of winny...test made me want to go on a raping rampage with any guy that I found attractive but didn't really make it any bigger...winny doesn't make me want to jump no guys...just makes the clitty grow.

RE: test & sex drive, wouldn't you expect that impact to be dependent upon natural levels to begin w/? If you're already low test / low sex drive, wouldn't you expect a dramatic effect?

There really is no evidence that testosterone increases sex drive in women. This has been tried for forty years and it is still controversial for treatment of low libido.
It seems only is applicable is complete hysterectomies in pre-menopausal women, and then it is more like HRT.
What is low anyway? The reference range is 0.4-3.5 pmol/L, is is a fraction of the male reference range of 10-35 pmol/L.
The only hormonal issues seem to be with hyperprolactinaemia (high prolactin) and possible issues with lutenising hormone, and of course, diabetes, which can also affect men with things like erectile dysfunction.

The only link I have ever come across in my research between the female libido and testosterone is that both low and high levels of the hormone can lead to depression in women. That almost always results in decreased libido. Test has shown to increase libido, however this is all still in theory because there is little research on all the other variables at work. Estrogen and progesterone could very well play a role in all this. A woman's sex drive is very dependent on the harmonious interaction of all hormones as well as her emotional, physical and psychological state.

Exactly.
I think the issue with libido, male or female also needs to consider exactly what is normal? For some reason we have pathologised people who don't have the sex drive of porn stars.
This is not scientific, but the Kama Sutra does state that there are three different levels of sex drive (as well as three sizes of lingams and punanis) and that the sex drive as well as the organs have to be compatible for a well-matched relationship.
There does seem to be so much information about low libido, and claims like 40-60% of women have low sex drive and the solution offered most of the time is testosterone.
This really is making the assumption that men have a higher sex drive than women (which isn't always true), that as men have more testosterone sex drive = testosterone, when men have their testosterone levels decrease they have a lower sex drive, therefore it must be the same for women.
I suspect it is far more complicated than that, and as long as the studies only focus on testosterone, we are really not going to get any other answers, or solutions.
