It's good to hear all the positive comments from the ladys regarding their increased size whether temporary or permanent.

In fact the only negative comments I've heard about Clitoral hypertrophy Are from men who don't like or who are uncomfortable about the way it looks.

I thought cocaine increased sensation of stimulation in both men and women. Not an increase in overall sex drive. I would think that a woman would be in a pretty sexy frame of mind to be using coke as a sex aid to start with.

Would you also say alcohol increases sex drive or does it just lower judgment and inhibitions.

Or are you another troll and were not really trying to benefit this thread with your astounding knowledge.

One case study does not confer scientific evidence.

It is great that it worked for her, however, this could be the placebo effect.

Women who have been given a placebo in testosterone replacement therapy experienced increased libido, without the testosterone.

I am not saying testosterone is not going to work in some women, it may do, however it appears that the female libido is not the same as male libido, and testosterone replacement does not work in all women.

There are other issues as well, for example testosterone is a notoriously difficult analyte to measure, it is fraught with error, the same applies to SHBG. Some clinicians and scientists have referred to these two assays as 'random number generators'.

Combining these two assays, SHBG and testosterone with a calculation is the basis of free testosterone in the vast majority of labs, so I wouldn't rely on it.

So many people think this is a direct measurement of testosterone, and it isn't, in fact it doubles the chances of error.

At the lower levels of testosterone, which women physiologically have, multiply the difficulty in measurement by 100.

The second issue is that some women do have more side effects from testosterone, and when on TRT in women, it isn't like a cycle.

They don't want to continue with TRT when they get acne or increased hair growth.

I don't have the research on hand but I do have some personal experience. (Phizer did research on the "Female Viagra" and said Test was the most effective on increasing female libido, but the FDA said it was too dangerous even though in the dosages they studied showed no sides)

My X-GF started taking 100mg Deca and 25mg Test Enan EW. Her sex drive went completely crazy!! Placebo, Impossible! As soon as she came off, back to normal. While on her clit got a little bigger. That was the only sides besides the killer sex drive. I'm telling you it was the most fun I ever had sexually in my life.
BTW, she could only wear the silkiest, smoothest panties.

WE actually have been quite pleased with the hypertrophy. It seemed that deca really added the growth whereas test just adds swelling.

There's a point where continued use / abuse will make it more permanent but the effect is primarily due to presence of DHT. So when the compound detection time window has passed, the effect is normally gone.
