Super DMZ RX 2.0 log...a comprehensive log and review
CYCLE:
IronMagLabs Super DMZ RX 2.0 – 30 days, 2 caps daily (1 cap w/ meal 1; 1 cap w/ meal 4)
PCT:
Clomid: 50/50/25/25
Nolva: 20/20/10/20
DAA: 4g daily (starting last week of cycle)
Lean Xtreme: 3/3/3/3
GOAL:
Obviously, like anybody else, my main goals would be quality LBM and strength. However, I am more interested in the total gains kept post-PCT.
TRAINING: DC
***I have been training 5/3/1 and Westside for quite some time, but I have been finding that I have a tendency to push myself a bit too close to failure (I have a hard time leaving reps in the tank), so I figured a lower-volume, high intensity program is the best idea. I have trained DC in the past and made good gains so I am familiar with it already.
DIET: OFF Days: 360p, 250c, 120f (3520 cals); TRAINING Days: 360p, 350c, 110f (3830 cals)
DAILY SUPPLEMENTS:
Multi-Vitamin (Orange Triad) – 1 tab w/ each meal
Fish Oil (NOW Foods Omega 3) – 1g w/ each meal
CLA (Smart Powders CLA) – 1g w/ each meal
Vitamin C (NOW Foods Vitamin C) – 1g w/ each meal
Digestive Enzymes (NOW Foods Super Enzymes) – 1 cap w/ each meal
Probiotic (NOW Foods Probiotic-50) – 1 cap upon waking; 30 mins before meal 1
Vitamin D (NOW Foods Vitamin D) – 5000iu w/ meal 6
Intra-Workout Shake: 50g Karbolyn, 20g EAA’s, 5g Leucine, 10g Glutamine, 5g Beta-Alanine

Thanks guys.
Today was the last deload/cruise workout before I get started. I had been pushing hard since I got healthy in mid-May (was hospitalized w/ a bad illness I caught on a cruise) so I decided to deload this last week to rest up, heal, and be mentally and physically prepared to push hard for another 8-10 weeks.

Day 1
Weight: 183.4lbs
Macros: 359.9p, 352.4c, 115.9f
Training: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Back (width/thickness)
Comments: Official starting weight is a little low, but I expected it as I felt depleted and flat when I woke up. Training went real well...I started my weights off a bit conservatively hoping to be near the top end of the recommended rep ranges, but ended up going over by about 5-7 reps on each exercise. Nothing really to note as it was the first day and I'm anticipating it taking a few days to really get going.Last edited by jcross485; 07-31-2012 at 07:04 AM.

Comments: Weight was back up this morning, felt much more filled out from the carbs yesterday. No training today, getting after bis and legs tomorrow. Now, this log will be 100% honest. I went to my girlfriends house after work today. I have to dress business casual or business formal depending on the day. Well, I took off my button down so I could relax in just my t-shirt and the first words out of her mouth were "did you gain a few lbs? You look a little bigger but more defined". She sees me almost every day so for her to say something is a bit shocking. Now, I'm chalking it up to coincidence because I don't think any product would produce noticeable physique changes in that little time; however, I thought it was worth noting. Depending on other users feedback, we may be able to come up with a good "kick-in" time.
