Day 3
Weight: ??
Macros: 359.9p, 352.4c, 115.9f + 1 White Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut cookie from Subway (eaten w/ post-workout meal)
Training: Biceps, Forearms, Calves, Hams, Quads
Comments: Did not get my weight this morning as I stayed at my girls house and I would rather be consistent and use my scale to track weight changes. Hit it real hard today...hams and quads got a pump to the max, and low back never tightened up, even on 20+ rep squats w/ no belt. Again, I decided to be a bit conservative w/ my weights, but then added ~10% to everything and still beat the rep ranges. Felt real strong and had great endurance. No negatives to report whatsoever. I have yet to get that pumped all day feeling, but it should be coming on soon.

Day 2
Weight: 188.2lbs
Macros: 300.7p, 198.7c, 99.8f + "free meal" (1 large chicken breast, 1 large sweet potato, 1 ear of corn on the cob)
Training: OFF
Comments: Weight is still going up nicely...im guessing it will start to slow down a little as this first week will probably result in a glycogen load more than anything; then, the real muscle comes. Another rest day as I will be training EOD with DC. My "free meal" was meal 5; went to my dads for dinner after work. It was clean food obviously, I just didn't weigh it out so I am not sure the specifics macro-wise. Looking forward to hitting it hard Friday after work to start off the weekend right.

Day 5
Weight: 189.2lbs
Macros: 362.7p, 351.4c, 112.5f
Training: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Back (width/thickness)
Comments: Weight is still going up, albeit a bit slower now. Diet has been pretty spot on this week. Today, had a real good session at the gym...again, beat the numbers inset for myself by a long shot. Orals tend to be notorious for back pumps but I am getting none at all. I hit deads at the end up my workout and hit a top set of 405x11 (just a few reps from my PR) and no lower back pump or tightness whatsoever. By the end of this 30 days I will be trying to hit 405x15 as that would break a PR for me.

Thats the goal! I have pulled 610 for a single before and as I mentioned, 405x14. Deads are something that just clicked from day one for me...pressing on the other hand haha

Day 6
Weight: ??
Macros: 361.0p, 248.7c, 121.3f
Training: OFF
Comments: Did not take my weight this morning. No training today but will be getting after it on Sunday. Overall, feeling good. The only things I have started to notice the last few days is more of a "pumped" feeling throughout the day and also I feel thirsty and have been drinking more fluids than normal.]

Day 7
Weight: 190.2lbs
Macros: 360.9p, 358.7c, 114.2f
Training: Biceps, Forearms, Calves, Hams, Quads
Comments: Weight is up a bit again...total weight gain for week 1 is approx. 7lbs. I do not appear to have gained any fat whatsoever. Carbs were just a bit higher today as I had a handful of pretzels w/ my post workout meal as well. Speaking of my workout...insane! I was not nearly as conservative w/ my weights today, decided to jump to something I thought would be challenging to get the top end of my rep range. Beat the rep range by a few reps on everything except quads. For quads, I hit up the vertical leg press. I last used this about 2 1/2 weeks ago. At that time, I hit 3 plates and a 10 per side (not terrible heavy I know, but in my defense, i am very flexible and always go deep on any leg movements) for 3 sets of 10 with the last set being close to failure. Today, I hit 4 plates a side for 14 and 3 plates a side for 30! This stuff I would say has kicked in. Def a fast acting compound. No negatives to report to date...no back pumps, no BP headaches, no lethargy, no disruption of sleep. Can't wait to see what happens these next 3 weeks.

Day 8
Weight: 191.2lbs
Macros: 358.4p, 230.7c, 119.7f
Training: OFF
Comments: Weight is still steadily rising...so far I am at about a pound a day on average. I do expect this to slow down at some point but obviously will enjoy it while it lasts. I do not appear to have gained any fat or be holding any water as the lower ab veins that i had before starting are still there. No training today, legs are beat to hell from yesterday. No negative sides showing yet either. So far, so good.
