Day 9
Weight: ??
Macros: 359.9p, 358.8c, 113.7f
Training: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Back (width/thickness)
Comments: Didn't check weight this morning. Overall, another real good session. This is the 3rd "upper" workout of the rotation so next time I will be going back to exercises I did the first time through. I tried to get aggressive with the weights for today's exercises so I could stay in the rep range (near the top end) but again ended up going over by a few reps on everything. Everything is feeling good...I feel strong, weight is up, my waist hasn't budged as my work pants are still loose and on the same notch on my belt as before. Still not a negative side to mention.

Thanks guys...I appreciate the encouragement.
Ultimately, my goal is to get on stage one day. I've only been at this a short period of time compare to others so I know I have a long, long way to go yet. Currently, my goal day in and day out is to eat enough to keep getting bigger (I tend to have a hard time eating enough to gain as I don't have a huge appetite at all) and get stronger from workout to workout. I feel like the combination will keep putting some good quality size on, so when the day comes to diet down, I don't get laughed off stage.

Comments: Not too much to say...day off from training, just another day at work. Came home and the other half wanted Subway for dinner so tried to make a relatively good choice which I feel like I did. Going to be hitting bis and legs tomorrow.

I have said it a few times, but I really cannot say enough how much I appreciate the support here! I am sure I am not the only one who gets negativity throughout the day from others...lots of people that say you're wasting your time, you take things to the extreme, you are not going to go anywhere, etc...but I try to use it as motivation. Couple that with the overwhelming positivity here, it really drives me to be better day after day.
I hear you on the shakes. I actually am only having one protein powder meal a day, but a shake w/ some almosds/PB/heavy cream and some fruit is a real easy way to get in some healthy cals. I may have to add a few of those in if my weight stalls out.

Day 11
Weight: 191.8lbs
Macros: 363.5p, 347.6c, 117.5f
Training: Biceps, Forearms, Calves, Hams, Quads
Comments: Weight is still creeping up but is slowing down which I am ok with, as I woke up this morning and felt/looked leaner than day 1. Today's session was great yet again. Felt real strong on most movements. I'm not big on sharing numbers as there are a lot of stronger people out there, but I'll share a few from today as things are going well. Hit 105x9,5,4 rest/paused on cambered bar curls, 365x8/315x12 on SLDL, 9plates+10 per side for 10/7plates+25 per side for 25 on leg press. I didn't get any feeling or signs of high blood pressure and absolutely no back pumps or lower back tightness during the workout. Overall, things seem to really be going smoothly with no real sides.
