    Default Back for more...

It's been awhile since I been here. In the meantime, momma passed away on March 31, 2012. I promised myself this year would be dedicated to her.
Out of all the forums I found on the net, this one is still the best; you guys/gals are the greatest. Now it's time to get to work. The next few months look
like this-Contest, October 13 and November 3rd...If I do well, I am heading over to Trinidad and Tobago to compete in their Seniors show.

Looking forward to the continued support. And as always I am here to support you guys/gals with positive energy.

Right now I am hovering at about 214. I feel good and happy with my condition. The game plan is to bring it in to a sliced and diced
190 if I can. At the end of the day the mirror is the true judge not the scale. My biggest challenge this year is going to be keeping as much size as possible
    while dialing in.
