I am not trying to be perfect for my first show, my goal is to qualify for nationals, either in the brooklyn gand prix or new york states, then peak for nationals and be shredded on nov 9-10 which is i believe 12 and 5 days out from now

Do you think your ready for nationals if you qualify? In my opinion your not. Guys typically lose 20lbs from a regional show to do nationals. At 5'10" you'd be the smallest light heavy by far. In order for you to be in the right condition for nationals you'd have to be a middleweight. Whatever you decide good luck but I would NEVER do a show if I didn't think I could dominate with conditioning an size.

I am not ready for nationals at all, i am not trying to win, i am going to enter a national show and get that fear of nationals out of me. i dont want to wait around for years and years to be "ready" i feel people wait and wait and wait and end up missing their shot. I want to enter nationals get wreck this year, enter again next year bring a better package, with more size, better conditioning and resulting placing better. then the same thing next year until finally one year i win nationals or jr national or the usas.
I am guess most people would disagree with my mentality. I never care about winning or losing a show, winning titles dont matter to me, all i want to do is bring a better package than last year and present the best package i can for this year from the results and gains i made in the off season. If i can achieve that, then to me i won, and if i get last place in nationals then i get last place but at the very least i can say i have competed and got the fear of nationals out and i can focus on presenting a better version of me next year.

Definitely a lot tighter. Stop rolling your shoulders forward so much in your lat spread.
