I'd say you have caught up some this week. You could definitely lose 20-25 more pounds which is about 3 pounds per week but it would be a matter of holding the muscle well 3 pounds per week (not counting prep week) is a lot to lose consistently without flattening out. I think you will be ok, just not where you would be if you had about 12 weeks to go.

thank you for what you said there, i do believe i have a good 25 pounds to go and 3 pounds a week is pushing it but we will se what happends, i am also doing the new york states the week after so i can prob be tighter and better for that one

Lol at you talking about becoming an IFBB pro.
Step one is to look like a top level regional competitor and for that you need to be a lot leaner.
