I was 105 at 5'5" and now am 185 after 33 years of lifting. I actually hit 185 after 2.5 years but was probably 25% bodyfat. I have been as high as 220 but I kept just dieting down to the same weight so I decided "BULKING" is just another name for fat! I stay at 8 to 10% now.

I was 13 and 117 pounds. Skinny and pretty lean from basket ball. abs and some chest but besides that no muscle. My arms were probably 12 inches. Now at 21 I'm about 180. A bit fatter than I was then though.

Started lifting just after wrestling season in 10th grade at 127, as I remember that was my weight class.
156 today, down from 170 this past off-season. The most I ever weighed was 189 and fat which was back in 2006 at age 50!

As a girl I have to say my goal was not to gain much weight, anyway when I started in 1995 I had 58kg (127,6 lb) and contest weight was 47kg (103 lb)
Last season 2011 I was 70kg offseason (154 lb) and 60kg on stage (132 lb)

wrestled in 119lb class at 14 yrs old, soonafter completely put my focus and priorities towards bodybuilding and to compete one day, , went from 125-175 in 8 months just ate and trained like it was my job, absorbed as much info as I could at the time, thats all I did all through high school, did my first show at 150lbs at 15 years old (2010), at 16 competed at 170lbs (2011) got as high as 220 in offseason, now I'm almost 18...at leaner 210lbs trying to gain slowly and make the improvements I need so that I can compete at the 2014 teen nationals and actually be a true contender for the title since I'm around 5'10 I need to fill my frame out and grow into the heavier weight classes.

Started when I was a pre-teen and weighed about 100lbs, at barely 5' tall! A couple inches later and a couple decades and more and I'm a good 135lbs, 13%BF-16% off-season. I have always been a short and stocky type of athletic build and played sports for more than 20 years, weightlifting and running being the two main ones. After I reached my teens I had a little bit of a struggle with my body composition for a couple years into my early twenties where I just didn't want to be muscular anymore, because I felt I didn't look sexy enough...now years later, I feel sexier when I'm close to competition time! Muscle peaks and all my glory!
Re-compositioning my body and re-educating myself in nutrition has really helped me to lead a healthier life in this sport.
