Did anyone else notice the allegedly natural girl squatting 225 easily for reps at the end of a workout? Insane

I must be the minority, but I don't find him hard to follow at all. In fact it's quite lucid for me to hear him speak.

great documentary series. best i've ever seen.
kai and mike just redefined the term "hardcore".
love the calling out of MTV cribs style and meat head training videos.
thank you mike for bringing this to us.

Good stuff as usual Mike, I enjoy watching your work with Kai. Best bodybuilder today IMO.

What do you mean? How is it enforcing a false sense of reality?
Seems about as down to earth as any "Day in the life" series IMO.
I watched Phil's day in the life video and he basically was autographing DVD's all day, arguing with his wife, and getting a mani pedi... I would rather watch a day that I can relate too.... Cooking, working out, Food prep, the REAL things instead of a bunch of fluff (think Phil spraying his rims for a shiny appearance when at the gas station) that your average, normal bodybuilder wouldnt have/do.Keep Ritch Banned. FOR-EVER.
Un-Ban SKELETOR though, yo.
