495 for 20+ reps on squat and deadlifts should fix it.

Yep. I'm prepping a guy now for his first bodybuilding comp. He's been a powerlifter for years. I don't know exact numbers but he's won many titles and done well for himself. The dude is jacked and will place well. His legs however are his weakest bodypart.

Genetic + training heavy singles and triples = no hypertrophy. I'm sure they are aware. Stan's the Man though. Would love to do an interview with him!

His YouTube channel seems to be run by him or someone in his camp so maybe you can start there.

Stan is incredibly strong. Nice lift. But, would it count at a meet? He doesn't straighten his legs out at the top of the rep.

No need to lockout yet, 11 weeks out. We're just starting to get the body use to handling heavy weight again.

Oh. I see. What will he pull at the meet in 11 weeks. Or should I say what is the projected weight?

The Projected numbers are something like this 879 Squat, 610 Bench and 820 Deadlift that would be 2309 but the rate we're progressing at who knows....If you wanna hear what I think Satn is more than capable of hear goes...900 Squat, 615 Bench, and 830 deadlift that would be 2345.

awesome lift for sure. Deadlift is a relatively new lift for me so I am still trying to figure out the right form. Far be it from me to question Stan's form but it's just not what I have been trying to do (start out knees bent much more, back much more upright). I wonder if I'm doing this wrong...
