I think part of my problem is the damn popcorn seasoning Ian got me hooked on...I was looking at the sodium and its 65mg per 1/4tbsp...uhhhh I probably triple that...per meal :-/

Underhand pull-downs. Go to failure, take 10 breaths and go again

Plate loaded Dante rows:

Wax huh??? No thanks. I went about 20 years without going to a doctor then went 6 years ago and my blood pressure was real high.I told her I would get it down and I started doing shitloads of cardio.I got up to running 3 miles a day during the week then a 6 mile run on one day each weekend and my blood pressure didn't drop one point.She said some people just have it.I went on meds and it stays down now.One pill a day that for some reason only costs me 8 dollars a month without insurance but 10 with it ????

You also take a boatload of stimulants. that could be a major reason for your high BP
i season a lot of my foods with a ton of sodium and my BP is on the low end and in a good range.2013 & 2014 RX Member of the Year

Legs calves
Pretty crowded today so I had to jump around.
Lying leg curls:
80lbs x 20 (3 sets)
Leg press: 10 high and close S/S 10 high and wide
3 plates/side x 10 <<< x 10 (1 set)
4 plates/side x 10 <<> x 10 (2 sets)
Hack squats 1.5's. All the way down- pause. Half way up- pause. All the way down and and up = 1 rep.
1 plate/side x 10 (1 set)
1 plate/side + 25lbs/side x 10 (2 sets)
Walking lunges:
BW x 12/each leg (3 sets)
Leg extensions. 10 slow <<< 10 fast <<< 10 half way up:
90lbs x 10 <<< x 10 <<< x 10 (3 sets)
BB squats:
225lbs x 10 (3 sets)
Front squats on Smith:
13lbs x 10 (3 sets)
Adductors:
190lbs x 12 (3 sets)
Standing calve raises. 6 drop sets.
