So, I had my BP checked from a legitimate nurse. Two out of three showed abnormal. The third time it was normal. She knows my diet, and suggested I cut down on the caffeine a bit, so that's what I'll do.

Chest delts tris LISS
Incline plate loads hammer strength machine. 1.5's. All the way down - pause. Half way up- pause. 3/4 way up = 1 rep:
1 plate/side + 25lbs/side x 12 (1 set)
1 plate/side + 25lbs/side x 10 (2 sets)
Incline db flys S/S Lee Priest dips. Pause for a 2 second hold at bottom of flys:
60's x 12 <<< BW x 12 (1 set)
60's x 10 <<< BW x 12 (2 sets)
Plate loaded flat Strive machine. One triple dropset:
2 plates/side + 25lbs/side x 12 <<< 2 plates/side x 12 <<< 1 plate/side x 20
Side DB lateral raises S/S side db lateral partial raises:

My left shoulder wasn't feeling that great today while training, so I lightened it up some where it's comfortable and did some additional stretching on it.

I haven't shaved anything since I had surgery....can't imagine what that wax felt like hahahaa....ouch
