Leg press:
4 plates/side x 20 (1 set)

Single legged leg press:
1 plate/side + 35lbs on one side x 20/leg (3 sets) * minimal rest *
BB squats:
185lbs x 15 (1 set)

245lbs x 12 (1 set) * had a bunch of blood in the quads from the pump so I couldn't keep going *

Speculoos or Peanut Butter?
