Chest calves LISS
Smith incline press: Do the top half of the movement for 6-12 reps. After, drop the weight and do full reps for 6-12.
225lbs x 12 << 225lbs x 12 (1 set)
245lbs x 12 << 225lbs x 12 (2 sets)
Flat DB presses: 6-10 reps
115's x 10 (1 set)
120's x 10 (1 set)
125's x 10 (1 set)
Pec dec: 10 slow reps, 10 fast, 10 partials
155lbs x 10/10/10 (1 set)
170lbs x 10/10/10 (2 sets)
Smith machine presses: 1.5's. Half way up PAUSE. All the way down PAUSE. Up to just short of lock out PAUSE = 1 rep. 6-10 reps

Down for training Friday and Saturday. Free meal is also a maybe since I had my dad with me too and probably wanna go out with him at least once. Unless I can talk him into training with us.

So I've been pretty busy lately with outside social events and organizing a rather large charity event (wheeling/auction/raffle/dinner) for a buddy that passed in June from cancer....between this event, work, and the gym I haven't spent much time with the fam and decided to take the day off and take them out to eat..

Wide grip pull ups S/S with wide grip pulldowns: (both to failure)
BW x 30 << 165lbs x 15 (1 set)
BW x 20 << 165lbs x 12 (1 set)

Meadow rows:
(3) 25lb plates x 12/side (1 set)
(3) 25lb plates +10lbs /side (2 sets)
Underhand pulldowns:

Deads from the floor: keep adding 20lbs until you cannot get 5 full reps.

** knee began to act up at 315, so I stopped at 335 when it was still flaring up **
