On a second note Juan seems a realy nice guy , I realy dont understand him leaving Dave, but this dosent change who Juan is, Im not sure if he could make 300lbs from what he states about his metabilism, lets see i guess

In bodybuilding you need to make changes to see where it leads you just from curiosity... Jay left Chris, Kai left Oscar etc. sometimes change is good, sometimes it's not. Only time will tell

The reason it is not a big deal is because he posted pics of himself with abs at 275...and deep abs before he turned pro. He will blow past this needs to post a pic at 290 or 300. That would be a big deal

Come on brother, you know when Juan was here the majority of Rx was fans and supporters. Now that he is not one of there own, there seems to be an overwhelming negative vibe towards him. People can do, say, and feel what they want....but bodybuilding fans are the most fickle.

I actually got to really bend his ear and workout with him on Saturday and he told me his reasons for venturing else where, but I'll leave him to explain if he ever chooses too. You can learn from so many in this industry, and while Dave is an amazingly knowledgeable man, Juan can learn from others as so many other athletes have done! Juan is mad chill and I can see him doing bigger and better things.....which means people will jock ride again!

On a side note, Akim Williams (Juan's training partner) is a true freak of strength. He deadlifts and squats 585 like most people squat 185lbs.....just nasty!
