Seated Hammer OHP - 2 x 15 - 365
Felt like shit, weights were way down, could have fallen asleep in the gym, sweating profusely...not a pleasant feeling. Got home ate, then took a 90 minute nap. Couldn't get a good pump, lines were blurry, vascularity way down. Tomorrow is an off day and probably needed. Can't wait to go back to Keto starting this coming Monday. Carbs and me don't jive. I don't have an off switch and end up eating 800+grams a day.

Keto sucks the first few days, but then I get into a rhythm. I really enjoy going 7-10 days strict and then a 1 LONG evening of cheats (not a full day though lol). When I'm eating carbs I don't ever indulge in junk, which is kinda "ho-hum" blah. Plus, here's my 'too much info' statement of the day. But when I'm eating carbs (low fat) I get the shits and when I'm on Keto they're long solid logs and shitting experience overall is much better

I may carb cycle after I go Keto for a month or two. I've done it before, but never with any kind of consistency.

Tried some new back exercises that I haven't put in my routine in a while. Had an awesome workout, felt good on the joints, and tons of energy.
Really looking forward to Monday when I start High Fat/Med Pro/No carbs (I do eat the shit out of some Species Fiberlyze)
Right now only carb source has been old fashioned Oatmeal. I put it in the shaker cup, add water/crystal light and let it get soft in the fridge. So much better than heated up.

Killer workout - Hack squats - 5 plates each side for 1 x 10; stripped to 3 plates for 25 (felt like dying lol plus there was a hot chick doing deadlifts next to me so I had to stay cool lol)
One note about Halo Extreme - don't know if anyone else has reported this as a side, but for the past 19 days I've had the worst diarhea...fucking bombing my toilet 12x a day. Just brutal.
