Quads
Hack Squats - 6 x 10 - 4 plates each (tried every rep speed and foot placement possible) felt best after sets 1 and 2. Knees got warm. Kind of an easier day.

Half way unpacked in the new casa. All of my appliances need replaced so I've been part fast fooding it and part George Foreman Grilling it...up to 280lb just from eating like shit and not working out the past couple days.
