Unbelievable workout. Arguably the leanest and hardest I've been in my life. Very excited about the changes made in the last 26 days. Strength has been pretty good, but overall appearance of the muscle is improving (muscle maturity?) and I'm definitely more dense than prior to using Halo Extreme. Unless something really shitty happens in the next 4 days I'd recommend this product to anyone.

Side note: My explosive shits have ended so it must have been me not the product. Started taking a probiotic and it cleared everything up.

has the halo-e been the only new addition you have made with these changes..

Yes! Granted I tweak and play with my diet/cardio which can make differences, but no other outside ergogenic aids.

Hack Squats - 6 x 10 - 4 plates each (tried every rep speed and foot placement possible) felt best after sets 1 and 2. Knees got warm. Kind of an easier day.

Half way unpacked in the new casa. All of my appliances need replaced so I've been part fast fooding it and part George Foreman Grilling it...up to 280lb just from eating like shit and not working out the past couple days.
