Hey, just wanted to know if you use any insulin, and if so when and How much, I am currently getting ready for a show, masters class and wanting to maybe try some I am on the fence about it because on the reasearch I have done has led me to be 50/50 about it what is your take on it ? Thanks for any feedback.

No sir. That is one hormone I won't fool with and believe is entirely unnecessary unless you're absolutely a top pro competitor. It's nothing to fool around with, especially as an older competitor.
My dad died of type 2 diabetes and my oldest son has it. I started back in bodybuilding 5 years ago after a 14 year hiatus because my doc said I was next to acquire diabetes. My triglycerides are genetically high, which means my liver does not metabolize tri's properly. I control it with high doses of Omega3 fatty acids and good diet, and have yet to develop diabetes. With that history, I won't fool with my pancreas using insulin.
I want to say here, that a few very respected bber's say that proper use of insulin will cause no long term issues. Their stance is based on anecdotal evidence and there is no scientific info studying insulin use by perfectly healthy individuals. Insulin is THE most powerful hormone and anabolic agent the body produces, and we all know that improper use has some pretty serious consequences. It's the one bbing performance enhancing supplement that I recommend avoiding, and is entirely unnecessary for 99% of the bbing population.
