Palumbo Training?
I know people have been talking about DC training, HST, ect. But ide like to know who trains how dave suggests. Where between 6-9 sets is for bigger muscle groups and less sets for smaller groups? What is everyones opinions on this?

I recently started with this training, have to say never had such good increases in strength. And with more weights, food, sleep etc the mass should come?
