She'd get a large MRP (250 cal), add in 8 oz of a crushed fruit mix (200 cal), plus a banana (100 cal) and a scoop of peanut butter (200 cal). Amazing how quickly even the healthy stuff adds up! Usually only the guys who are trying to GAIN weight ever get that much crap in a post-workout shake!

there's a guy at my gym that does that. huge douche. he wrote on it with a sharpie in huge letters "diesels drink don't touch"
i must admit he is a rather large guy, but upper body only. he's probly 6'4 250lb with the legs of a 15 yo girl. most unbalanced person i've ever seen in my life. the other day he saw me doing hack squats with 16 plates and told me i was going to heavy on legs and they won't grow going that heavy!? but maybe if i use half that weight my legs would get huge in no time. considering my legs are 4 times bigger than his i guess he's right

Fortunately I workout in a gym that has almost 0 people when I'm there. But to contribute to the thread, I find it really interesting how many abnormal people are gym members.

definately odd but kinda cool in comparison to some of the fluff trainer have people doing.
I saw a trainer at my gym tonight had a client doing a seated cable shoulder press machine. The girl had her but away from the seat and shoulder blades back closer to the back rest so her back was in essence making a question mark. I was glad the girl didnt slip a disk in the process.

we have a big fiesta party thing in my town, overheard an older guy tell someone he is doing 100reps for everything to get ready for fiesta, and that it may be easy at first but then it burns.
he uses 5-10lb db and but 5 or 10 on hammersmith machines. worst of all he thinks it is a great work out and that it is improving his look. NOT

I have seen the swiz ball squat at my gym. College athlete kid comes in and does them on school break. I watch everytime so that i dont miss the time he breaks his ankle and then his head.

wholly shit, I just realized the dumbass doing "150lbs DB cheat Curls"(on pg.4) is doing it at the golds gym I work at. Funny part is, same kid had already been suspended from another gym in town for doing similar dumb shit and breaking equipment, then swore up and down that he wouldnt do any of it or be taping anything in my gym. then I see this. WTF!! I wish I had seen this closer to when he did it, was in 2009 i think.

i had a screamer at my old gym,he used to put his feet on the seated cable row seat(now no1 could use it for its purpose) and with a basketball in each hand do pushups.he was crazy loud.im upstairs on the stairclimber and listening to my mp3 and all of a sudden i hear him.......so dumb
