The first time I benched 225 was a huge one for me. The other was finally getting nods of approval from the big guys in the gym when I was doing my thing and being considered big and strong enough to spot them when they were moving the earth.

Squatting 405 for 2. I had to become a fat bastard to do it but I didn't care. Did it 2 times after that and then never again.

Breaking 500 in the squat at 187lbs. Ass to the grass for 2 solid reps. I felt like I was sweating blood on that second rep but wouldnt let anyone come near me to spot. Figured the bars would catch me if I didnt get it.

Hiooo!

Going from 142 lbs at 15% bodyfat to 230 at 18%.... Then, going down to 190 at 6%. It took about 4 years to gain that bulk and then took about 3 years to "get the hang of" dieting- read as, finally try Dave's basic pre-contest guidelines! Now I'm working my way back up with an eye on keeping fat off. I think I'll get to my next goals quicker after having had so much trial and error these past several years. I've learned a lot.

the victory lap around the gym was even more fun !!! I dont think the men in the gym at the time appreciated a very arrogant victory dance by a woman smaller then them lol

Mine would probably be benching 225 for the first time. It wasn't pretty but fuck was I proud. Also I like being able to buy XL shirts and actually fit in them.
