My new MRP/Gainer shake.....Throwback style!
Ingredients:
8oz. skim milk
3 whole Omega 3 eggs
1 scoop iso whey
6Tbsp. Malted milk powder ( I use carnation)
3 large Ice cubes
Mix all ingredients in blender and blend.
Nutrition Facts: 18.5g Fat, 49g Carbs, 55g Protein
Total Cals: 582.5
*NOTE*- If you don't want to drink the raw eggs substitute them for 3/4 cup pasteurized egg whites and 1Tbsp Mac nut oil.

looks good, but in my opinion, no gainer shake is complete without Peanut Butter. I did use malted milk powder though, it is delicious! it makes a shake taste like the milk thats left over from having cereal.
