HGH advice
I need info about HGH from other females that have taken it. I workout everyday, & am very physically fit. However now that I am in my mid 40's I have noticed significant changes in my body that I'm not pleased with. I want to find out about Human Growth Hormones and how it has helped anyone in their 40's? I need to know what doses would be best to start with & if injectibles are the preferred choice.

First off, injectable Hgh is the only choice. Second, I think you should give the women a little more to work with, such as why you think you need it, maybe an outline of your dietary habits if that is your main reason, and really not being so vague about these "changes in your body" you're experiencing. I think with a little more info you can get a lot better help. Unless you're just looking for a generic answer, anyone can give that to you.
Yes I did inject my sack to win free shit.

I said I'm in my mid 40's. I am a competitive swimmer that trains my ass off in the water or at the gym. Im in great shape, I eat clean. I know my stuff as far as fitness goes, but have never considered taking anything until recently, having had several conversations with some serious bodybuilders at my gym. They just happen to be men, so they couldn't advise me on the quantities / dose of the injections. They just said its agood place to start to see results faster. When I referred to my body changing I was talking about the natural aging process. Such as less energy, less muscle & less stamina, etc that seems to be holdingme baci am very consistent and dedicated so that's not a problem. I'm committed to the whole lifestyle and have been since I can remember, only now I train harder and see less results because I am not taking anything to help move forward. Al, I wanted to know is what a normal dose of HGH would be for a female 120 lbs & if this was the best option for me to start with. If there is something I left out that's crucial in giving me that info- all ya have to do is ask.

If you want it for the 'age' benefits 2iu/day is enough.

Yeah 2iu ed longterm will give you solid returns...smooth skin...silky hair...faster recovery...fat loss or better the ability to stay lean....in your 40's chances are you have little to no gh output....if its affordable then inwould def recommend it...

You should be able to go to an anti aging or hormone place and get it with script it will cost a lot more but you might also find hormones are off and need those balanced which they will also give you a script or you can get a pellet inserted under the skin that lasts 3-6 months

I don't know any more than Tammy, but my GF is 42 with bad knees, and used to get botox done every 4 to 6 months. On HGH, now she does not have the knee problems she used to...she skin is tighter all over her body and looks younger. She has not had botox done in over a year. She thinks it is the best supplement she takes and won't ever stop. Suzanne is right. A clinic is more expensive, but safer and legit.

For more energy, stamina and LBM a simple cycle of anavar OR winny is what I would advise. Much cheaper and way more effective for LBM. Even Creatine could be a good option for the OP.

I haven't come across anyone w/ that combo that I recall (but sure there are some as PCOS has been brought up not infrequently, and when you're in the fitness arena, good chance there's some cross-over into hGH -user realm as well.
But just googling, there are some articles out there:
