Hammer DB Curls
to 65-kilos x 16 reps
Tricep Kickbacks
to 15-kilos x 11 reps
Tricep Pressdown
to 15.5p x 10 reps
Bwt: 299lbs (I seem to hold more water if my guts are upset)06, 08, 09 and now 2010 British (4x) and 2008/2010 European Grip Champion (2x)

so i see that u have a complete arm day. i break my arm days up. it helps me recover better, yet it's just me tho.

As a woman who almost certainly weighs at least a 100lbs less than me I'm not sure why. It might be the issue of volume. You can see from my workout I do a LOT less than 99% of people just in terms of exercises.
Biceps are Hammer curls. That's it. Usually four sets.
Triceps are now (it used to be one exercise) two exercises: Tricep kickbacks - 2 sets and Tricep Pressdowns - 3 sets.
That's 3 exercises and nine sets. Even my slightly higher rep range (by virtue of being able to rep the heaviest weights we have) for biceps still means I probably average less reps and sets than most.
Biceps and Triceps are small muscles. Both get used in back (biceps) and pressing (triceps) so the volume there has it's effect too.06, 08, 09 and now 2010 British (4x) and 2008/2010 European Grip Champion (2x)

I don't know which training thread I enjoy reading more, Mobster's or Sunnyday's. I'll say the last one I read is the one I enjoy more.
