I've trained for years on my own. I've only trained with Paul 12 weeks or so. He's got an injured bicep.

Paul trained with me today - the hell that is legs.
SSB Squats / Hatfield
to 260kg x 6 hard reps - no knee wraps. I put them on for a 2nd set but had to dump it from in the hole
Leg Press
to 320kg x 20 reps
Seated Leg Curls
to stack x 25 reps

Leg Extensions
to stack x 25 reps
Both awful lol

good, workin' out with a cold can help get rid of it faster, to me. when i get i cold, i'm glad to hit the the gym. all that sweat and cold comes out, when i do cardio.
