    Shoulder was a little sore last night but is ok now. Lower back a little stiff. Calves sore from walking on sand at the beach Thursday.

    nice leg workout. i've havin' my hubby and me do quads and calves again 2day, just to shock them, cause we did them this past saturday. i want to put my hubby in pain, lol

    cool arm day. now bout ur weight is that with ur clothes on or off, may i ask? cause u weight in very dif with clothes on, lol

    Too damn quick of a workout I think. Breakfast felt like it hadn't kicked in and we was done in 40 or so minutes. Shay and Dom. Decided not to throw the 100kg dumbbells around but do 15's on curls too.


    Seated Press
    to 112.5kg x 4 reps (heavy)


    Hammer Curls
    to 86lbs x 15 reps


    TPD
    to 13p x 10 reps


    Bwt: 313lbs


    Forearm flexors feel a little stiff from Tuesday's w/out.


    Bought / ordered a squat machine yesterday via eBay

    Clothes on. But I try to wear more or less the same. It's also around the same time, on the same scales and after 1 meal. I've occasionally noted if I'm wearing big boots or a hoody

    Ok, please try too weight urself without clothes, that tell ur real weight, as for me when i weight in the mornin' it's without clothes and i get my real weight. it works
