Friday@ Powerhouse Gym. Doubled and then some steps wise yesterday. Close Grip Bench Pressto 145kg x 3 reps (1st heavy set always feels off groove wise), 152.5kg x 3 reps, 160kg/352lbs x 2 reps (3 next time)Had Karl (ex Royal Marine Commando PT) do 3 reps with 160kg and then work to his old PB (same as mine) 190kg/418lbs x 1 rep after my last set.Pullover Machineto stack x 12 reps (only usual issue with frozen right shoulder restriction of range of movement)Dumbbell Wrist Curlsto 45kg 5L / 8R reps (usual faff with dumbbell handle)Bwt: 321lbs
