    SO U LET U kow huh, lol ok cool. so 2day was ur rest day also from the gym, cause 2day was my and my hubby's rest day. we hit the gym 2morrow and do our back and tris, fun, fun, fun

    No. It doesn't really make a difference as we'd all adapt and, as it is, I get the right rest for the bodyparts. By way of example I need 3+ days for legs. I've cut out the two bench sessions a week as I wasn't recovering etc etc

    Indeed I have changed it anyway - I'm now doing shoulders and arms Tuesday instead of Thursday

    It feels like my bicep tendon where it goes over the shoulder that's sore. Anyway

    Faffing about with the set up then
