Bar (13.6-kilos) x 8 reps, 53.6-kilos x 8 reps, 93.6-kilos x 6 reps, 133.6-kilos x 4 reps, 173.6-kilos x 1 reps. Tried 193.6-kilos x fail. Flipped to thumb over and did 1 rep. Not bad for not doling this for 6 months

Ahh. Back in the day I used to work for myself and even then training only went to 5 days a week out of competition and 6 in competition training. If I retired I might go from my current 4 days a week to 5 at the most.
In fact I heard some fella say he was 'semi-retired' and I thought 'am I?' After all I literally only do those 2 days (eqv to 3). Right now I'm also doing stuff with my house.06, 08, 09 and now 2010 British (4x) and 2008/2010 European Grip Champion (2x)
