I'm not aiming to cut. I consider myself a strength athlete not a bodybuilder. There are weight divisions in my sport but I'm never gonna get down to the next one (105kg or 231lbs). I suspect the reason my squat has improved is my additional size.
I always do chest and back on the same day. The deadlifts, however, being a thick bar and double overhand is more of a grip exercise and part of my Friday grip exercise rotation. It's also a good idea, from a bench press perspective, to do upper back work. One small change I've made to my bench recently is to ensure I always pull my shoulder blades down and push off them when pressing. I'm not using any 'special supplements' right now (not for 20 months) and if I did I'd add another 20kg/44lbs. My next session I should do 3-4 singles with 160kg/352lbs. At my best I do 170kg 'off' and 190kg/418lbs 'on'.Last edited by Mobster; 02-02-2020 at 10:29 AM.

Decided to hold back on the work / rep sets and go for the 300kg/660lbs. Which I did - 1 rep
Held back by other members using the kit - so a slower pace/intensity than I'd have liked
