cool, u trained at a real gym and not ur house for once, lol. i understand that the gyms were closed for 5months, glad they opened the gyms back up over there

Yeah it was nice seeing some of the guys. Plus it was kinda cool walking back in bigger than before and still pushing 350+ lbs on the bench lol. I also trained at home late in the afternoon on the Adjustable Thick Bar

The guys that trained here asked me about this. I spent around $4000 so I'm loath to just ignore that and pay (just started doing that after 3 years of not having to at the local gym) to go. But it's nice to see the guys etc so I'll probably go once a week.
I'm also thinking about investing in either a supps or equipment biz. Thinking06, 08, 09 and now 2010 British (4x) and 2008/2010 European Grip Champion (2x)

Trained solo. Loaded the leg press to it's max for sh*ts n giggles (27kg bar plus all the weights and as many wheels as I could = 823kg)
SSB Hatfield Squats
to 280kg x 4 reps
Leg Press
to 533kg x 8 reps
Leg Extensions
to 11p+top plate x 8 reps
Lying Leg Curls (so damned hard lol)
to 11p+top plate x 6 reps

One mistake a LOT would be achievers make is lack on consistency. What excuse do I have? I'm furloughed and I have a fully equipped home gym lol. Plenty of food in my freezers - zero excuse
