553kg x 10 reps (felt this in the quads)
Leg Extension

ok, so u do 2 days off from the gym a week, well i also have 3 days off, Sunday, Tuesday and Friday,, but i still have to take a WHOLE week off for my body to grow and lose bodyfat. it's just me, and it works
