Hanging out my arse. Energy was... not there and I had a bunch of cramp. My hamstrings, both legs, were cramping and I also had a upper ab cramp to go with it. Stretching helped a little. But the work got done - if slowly.

yea, with all those crampin', u do need to PLEASE TAKE A WEEK OFF!. i think ur body is tryin' to let u know it needs it. i don't want to see u in big trouble, u know what i mean. i enjoy readin' ur workouts yes, but i also would like u to please rest for a whole week, ur body will thx u for it. i say this with LOVE. ok. thx u for understandin'. i pray ur get better in ur legs.
