Vitamin B-12
I was wondering if anyone knew anything more about vitamin B-12 other than it Synthesize's hemoglobin's to maintain healthy blood cells and nervous system.

B12 is the bodies energy source...If the b12 in your body is low then you will feel like you have no energy and slugish. I felt like that for a while then had some blood work done and found out i had a B12 deficiency. Now i take it everyday throughout the day.....Energy levels are great

Anyone know optimal dose per day? Is this fat soluble?
Too lazy to look it up myself...

I don't think there is such a thing. It might be one dose for one person, and some people might need 10 times as much.
I think the only way to know is diagnostic nutritional testing

I found doses in 100 mcg. Is there larger doses than 100 mcg?

There are supplements that are like 5mg sublingual methycobalamin. Life Extension has them I know.
