Anyone else have him as their new favorite bodybuilder after today's press conference at the O? I was on the fence with him but now I'm 100% on Team Pakman. I love a guy who talks shit and IMO can back it up. Skies the limit for this dude.

Always was a fan of this guy, never saw that side of him though haha. But Bodybuilding needs more personality than it offers atm.. everyone just tooting each other's horns.

Ben is also one of the smartest guys out there.

I used much of the info in his MI40 program and found it to be very helpful. The guy knows his stuff and was super cool to talk to when I met him at the Arnold this year. At the very least he got me into looking at Poliquin's stuff, which is good.

If he gets a fair shake I think he can land around the 5th spot if he nails it. I know people keep talking about Dex for near that position, but BPak beat him easily in Columbus (scores may have been close, but sitting in prejudging it really didn't appear that way to me) and you know some top guy will come in off. And I see him comparing well with Centopani (somewhat similar structures and sizes). If BPak has brought up his back in the last 6 months he could easily sneak in that high.

He has a ton of confidence in himself and is extremely mature and successful for his age (early 30's). He's going to be a force to be reckoned with in pro bodybuilding in the very near future. Very smart too!

I have his DVD and its awesome with heaps of good info plus Hardcore training and his nutrition philosophies

LOL.....that response @ the press conference was awesome....Dude is very intelligent and ive seen some training vids and he trains with intensity. Asthetically speaking i dont think he can be a top 3 guy, but he always comes in huge and ripped and is always a threat.
