Singerman says Kai's waist was twice as big as Heath's.

Kai's waist is bigger than Phil's. Obviously twice the size is, what they call, "exaggeration", but it is bigger. Kai brought his mid-section down dramatically, mostly his GUT, but waist is not the same thing as gut.
His glutes are also way smaller which helped him look less blocky. But his actual bone structure across the waist is just larger than Phil's, nothing he can "bring down".

Also, check the waists from the side.. not only from the front. Kai is more tapered than last year, but still more blocky than Phil.

When I said "twice as big", I Seriously doubt anyone actually thought I meant that literally. Like Phil's is 34" and Kai's is 68".
Kai's is SIGNIFICANTLY larger. Put up two Ab and thigh shots up and compare the waist.

Aint much in it, and Kai has way more V taper from lats down, Its not a great shot for either of them.
