Guess they don't enforce the rules if your Phil Heath

My prep coach tells me to step forward at prejudging. It's only a few inches but if it makes me look a little bigger than I'll do it every time. Like other people have already said, Kai should've stepped forward a tad. It wouldn't of made a difference. Phil would've still got straight 1's.

You guys are forgetting Kai did step forward...first Phil then Kai then Phil again then Kai to match and then they were ordered back...then Phil steps forward again....Basically if Kai stepped forward it would of just been holding up the show so he was the bigger man about it.
