You gotta admit though, the kid looks a lot better at the end of the 8 weeks than he did when he started. I wonder if he stuck with it or went back to being a fat pud.

I think it was also a clear example of Mtv not getting it...8wks for a prep? seriously? even the leanest competitors take longer than that...it was like setup to failure...but you're right bennny, he definitely made improvements...

I'd like to see him now. What was that competition, like last July? That would have been like 10 months ago. If he has kept up his training for 10 months, he probably looks pretty good by now. I hope the kid kept it up.

I saw it yesterday for the first time in the UK. It really wasn't anything special. Plus the kid in the show
