Balancing act
How many of you who use AAS and other performance enhancing drugs worry about what you might be doing to your body in the long run? How do you balance use over chance?

I have, I did and I am.
I listen to my body. I pay attention closely to my labs. I UNDERSTAND my lab work trends, peaks and valleys. my kids matter too much to not pay attention.

I think you have to listen to what your body is telling you as well. It helps to understand what you are taking and how. The more knowledge you have, the better off you are.

I'm only using hrt medication under a physicians supervision, including nolvadex Eod.. I also take my vitamins, try to stay well hydrated and eat a fairly balanced diet in addition to training and cardio. Not much else you can do.
