What are your favorite carb sources?
Just interested in seeing what you guys like to use (oats, rice, past, potatoes, etc)
I enjoy bulking on pasta(white mostly, sometimes wholewheat) and potatoes(sweet, regular baked and mashed). I hate brown rice, but Uncle bens was the best tasting one to me that I could eat daily...I do love white and yellow rice tho
Id eat oatmeal in the morning out of convenience and sometimes wheat toast

last winter i used brown rice the most. i love the stuff, but it isnt very nutrient-packed so this winter i think i'm going to eat more pasta instead... actually want to try daves off-season diet so i can stay leaner year-round. i also love stone-milled oats. put some raisins, splenda, cinnamon and coconut oil in there and its is amazing.

What about SQUASH. Good healthy carb source A little cinnamon and crush up a few pecans over it and omg... (just don't do it with spaghetti squash...use acorn or butternut)

I'm currently on Dave's off-season diet (Sunday wraps up my first week on it). So my carbs are coming from oatmeal, potatoes (both kinds), and brown rice.
These are the things I'd normally eat as well, except I really can't stand brown rice. It tastes like crap.

Carb talk on Rxmuscle I'm offended. lol
I like the staples: potatoes, fruits and veggies, bread, rice, waxy maize donuts etc.

mine are rice, red potatoes, oats, pasta, whole wheat brands, Joe's o's (whole gand careal from Trader Joes) I eat a lot of carbs to full out my body goes though calories like its nothing. I can't even just have a protein shake b/c 45-60 mins later it feels like I have even had a shake.

whole wheat pasta is the best. I'll make a few boxes and throw some sauce in, seperate into 10-12 tupperware container then cook up some chicken and beef and add that in and you have meals for the next few days.
