wow..I thought i was alone...I get the same vibe that Kai is not really givin into Charles Glass's routines
like Kai's doin his own rep counts and speed when glass and paul is tellin him to go
and it does look like he is just goin through the movements...
With Glass...Gunter, Jerome Ferguson, Kirby, Hide, anyone that trains with charles...look and act completely different than Kai with glass
Kai does seem hardheaded

Kai did get to this level of conditioning and size without Glass, no offense to Glass but maybe Kai knows himself better then you guys give him credit for.

Side note.....Wouldnt it be comedy gold to see Charles Glass trying to train Ronnie Coleman in his prime days...lol I can just picture it.....

Before Glass, Kai was working with Oscar Arden. So he was never really by himself for much of his pro career....
Regardless he looks good, Glass has some pretty fresh ideas when it comes to training athletes, but thats what he gets paid for......if a 300lb BBer who is already big is going to contact him, its not to do the same exercises he has been doing, glass always has some pretty unique movements

Kai even made a comment about not being mindless and just doing what charles tells him to. I think it was in one of the leg videos. Seems to me he doesn't want to just listen and do it. IF that is the case why pay him all that money; if you are not going to listen and do as he says

Is it just me or does it seem to anyone else that Glass clearly doesn't know a damn thing about nutrition lol? At the end of part 3 he made a fool of himself saying that shit 'bout ketosis...

just wondering, why would you start working with a trainer 4 weeks before the contest? that doesnt make much sense to me. Alot of people know how I feel about people trying to make improvements pre contest. If theres one person that contradicts my beleif though, its charles glass.

personally i think kai lifts faster than most, he gets told to slow down by glass a few times and feel it working, and he isnt using shit for weight, meaing he isnt feeling the muscle work and needs to do lots of dropsets to get the conditioning glass thinks he can have,
i agree kai is struggling i dont think he is used to owkring so fast and hard looks like kai is used to hard and fast with longer breaks, because ive seen him WAY stronger than these vids showLive Free, Train Hard
