That ketosis comment was silly and completely incorrect. A ketogenic state is reached upon depriving the body of dietary carbohydrates for between 3-5 days, not a calorie depleted workout.

dont even remeber charles even refer to ketosis in the video.....relax guys it wasnt a knock on daves diet....all hes saying is theres no need to train long when on limited calories because ur body will tapp in to protein when all carbs are depleted...simple ABC's of dieting and contest prep.... i see no issues between kai and glass at all as a matter of fact kai seems intriqued at glass' training methods and style.....

It is nonsense! There is nothing going on between them. Glass is his trainer and he was training the shit out of Kai what do you expect him to say? He was in pain with all those sets and reps that glass was making him do. He was doing an awesome job!
