Heavy Whipping Cream
What are your guys thoughts on Heavy whipping cream for off season, its all fat and no sugar or carbs, it tastes great cooked in scrambled eggs and protein shakes (its amazing tasting mixed in a shake).

36% fat
Even in off season fat calories = 2.25 x carb calories
Take some good fats omega-3,6 (peanuts, almonds, olive oil, mac oil, primrose oil)
Save it for cheat day

Reminds me of those Vince Gironda articles. Heavy whipping cream and dessicated liver tablets!
Not a judgment as much as reminiscing.

You'll be just fine. I assume you're not drinking an entire container of it but just adding a bit of it. I love it in coffee.

certainly can make just an old protein shake taste more like a milk shake....
Don't let the fear of the time it will take to accomplish something stand in the way of your doing it.

Could be good if used carefully. Would be great for gaining on a low carb diet style like the Anabolic Diet or something, or maybe if you're a really hard gainer. I'd just be very careful adding much saturated fat along with many carbs.
