grams.
put measuring cup on scale, zero it out, fill cup with oats, weigh it.

Grams all the way. I can't stand using ounces. Unless you have a really good scale, the ounces don't go to enough decimal points for accuracy. I measure just about everything, but low carb veggies I eye-ball it.

Oh yeah!!!! Grams it is. After seeing that youtube video about a year ago and how easy it is to over eat just by weighing things in onces compare to grams, we bought a new digital scale to weigh everything in grams.

I weigh everything, and primarily in grams, except veggies, which I don't waste my time with measuring
